Jareer Sweets (Kabbani) (from here on referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) is happy to hear from all our users / visitors (from here on referred to as ‘you’ or ‘your’) and address any questions, queries or complaints not already answered in this document. You agree that once a product is delivered by us and accepted by you, we no longer hold any liability or obligation unless you contact us within 24 hours from receiving the item. Only then will we look into your issue and find a suitable solution, as we see fit.
Any items delivered outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse all or parts of an order.
We reserve the right to change the products, ingredients, presentation of any of the items offered on WWW.JAREERSWEETS.COM.
We have the right to refuse returning / exchanging / refunding items purchased on our website if we are not at fault.
We reserve the right to refuse changing the delivery address provided by you after the order has been placed.
In case you are eligible for a refund, it will be returned to you using the same method you have used for the original order. This shall be completed within 14 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse REFUND in case: customer gave wrong shipping mobile number, OR didn't answer the call from the delivry agent and order delivery will be considered as DONE deliverd.
In Plates and Boxes which include several items we may change one or two item.
